Today, Lekab is a leading global provider for automated communication solutions and process automation. To help grow the company further, Lekab is looking for an Account Manager to join the team in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:As an Account Manager at Lekab you will be responsible for developing the existing client portfolio as well as establishing contact with new potential clients. The main task, however, is to manage existing large accounts and ensure that they are satisfied through continuous follow-up, monitoring and proposal of new solutions. This is a position where you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process but you will work in close collaboration with marketing and pre-sale. You will partner with the clients and show them that you understand their business as well as they do.
Experience:To succeed in the role of Account Manager it is important to have minimum 2 years of experience in B2B-sales, most likely within IT/Cloud/SaaS. You are confident in managing the entire sales process and know how to set up a client strategy.
Post-secondary education is a plus, but not a requirement. You must be fluent in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing and good knowledge in additional languages is a plus.
As a person you are proactive and business-oriented. You do not only lead but challenge the client if necessary, as well. You take full responsibility for your work and you have a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. In addition, you must thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and have a strong desire to develop and learn more.
