Grid Dynamics is continuously growing, and we are now looking for a Sales Director of Engineering Services, based in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Sales Director of Engineering Services your key responsibilities will be;
・Responsible for expanding Grid Dynamics’ business across the Swedish/Nordic region, own the P&L responsibilities for new logo acquisition.
・Responsible for focused Go-To-Market strategy to drive sustained demand, accelerate growth and increase territory/regional revenue
・Build a sizable pipeline of qualified digital engineering opportunities.
・Lead the deal pursuit to closure.
・Transition new client to delivery and account management team.
・Collaborate with leadership, presales, solution & delivery to drive client specific pursuit strategy.
・Establish C-suite relationships and robust networks to develop new business relationships
・Drive a robust sales framework/process for the region.
・Develop partnership & alliances driven value-based client acquisition and expansion within the region.
・Accurately forecast and achieve periodic revenue targets while embedding processes for monitoring and mitigating business risks.
Who we are looking for:
Required Skills:
・A thought leader with a proven track record building matrixed sales and delivered the high growth technology services and digital engineering business.
・10-12 years of experience in selling to technology companies and large enterprise customers
・Experience working for a midsize digital engineering company.
・Experience of working within a global distributed engineering organization.
・Excellent understanding of the digital landscape, with experience in driving digital transformation in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, CPG, Manufacturing or telecom.
・Experience in selling IT services in the areas of Digital transformations, product engineering, Cloud Ops / DevOps, Big Data, AI / ML & Automation.
・Accomplished at leading proposal creation and proposal presentations.
・Proven experience of how to develop a Go to Market Strategy and value proposition.
・Strong background in penetrating new clients with sizeable engagements
・Ability to engage with CXO level executives
・Strong interpersonal and team working skills with an ability to focus and drive a business development and research team
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Masters' degree is an advantage.
