The role and key areas of responsibility: 

As a Project Manager in Orange Business Services you will work with our IT solutions, public and/or Orange Business Services private cloud. The Project Department work mainly with Swedish/Nordic customers but are not limited to that. You are the focal point and will take part in customer discussion, implement the solution and make sure the solutions are handed over to our delivery organization. To manage the projects, you will lead a team consisting of a broad set of competencies and personalities coming from different areas in Orange Business Services and will work to deliver value to the customer and Orange Business Services. You will be part of a highly competent team, that emphasizes knowledge sharing to grow on both personal- and company level.

We are looking for a colleague that has strong people skills, and that’s comfortable leading in an organization with a flat structure. We consider ourselves team oriented and want a colleague that share our mentality.
For this position you should have:

• Relevant experience from a similar Project Management position, preferably within IT & telecom industry
• Solid understanding and experience of different project methods such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• A situational-adapted leadership style
• A willingness to learn from, and share knowledge with others
• Preferably one or more certifications within Project management (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP or IPMA Level C certification)

Since we work with IT services and rapidly expand our cloud services, therefore experience of project management within these sectors (for example implementation or transformation projects on Azure, AWS or Google) is of merit. 

We also see it as a benefit if you have experience of projects from a supplier perspective or have worked with subcontractors or partners.
