Eficode is an innovative IT consulting company that offers business development as well as business solutions, consultants, training and license sales, primarily within Atlassian applications. The company is one of Atlassian's largest partners in the Nordic region and provides services around all Atlassian products, e.g. Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. Eficode's goal is to improve collaboration in all organizations and they feel satisfied when they help their customers become more efficient.
The company currently consists of over 400 employees with offices in nine countries in Europe and has offices in Sweden in four locations: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Sundsvall.
As Eficode grows with its customers and develops the services, there is a need to convert customers to cloud-based licenses. Therefore, they are looking for a person for the role of Atlassian Cloud Sales Specialist for Europe.
About the role:
In your work, you will drive development and convert customers to cloud licenses. The focus is on understanding the customer's conditions and identifying opportunities and challenges within customer accounts and to convert them. Based on your competence, you will plan and run activities towards the customer, present solutions and collaborate with the internal consulting organization to coordinate implementation projects. You will also collaborate with others in the sales organization to help customers.
This is an opportunity for you who want to get into a focused role but that in the long run can be broadened and developed further. This role will include reporting and pipeline cooperation directly with Atlassian for all the markets that Eficode are active in. The conversion to cloud-based licenses is a top priority for Atlassian.
We are looking for:
As an Atlassian Cloud Sales Specialist you understand cloud infrastructure and the experience to present the value of these solutions. In this way, you bridge the gap between the technical development and the value for the customer.
You have worked in a customer-oriented role for at least three years and have good technical competence or interest in cloud solutions. Eficode will provide training on the relevant solutions and services. As the role will work with clients in Europe it is important that you are fluent in English. Previous experience in selling software licenses is desirable.
