Organisation: Riada Eficode
The collaboration with Riada (now part of the Eficode Group) started already in 2018 with the recruitment of a senior consultant manager. The recruited consulting manager is Christian Johansson, who is currently the CEO of Riada Eficode. The collaboration, which started with a recruitment assignment, has evolved over the years to include everything from support in HR matters to a longer consulting assignment as a TA partner during Eficode's growth journey.
We asked Christian Johansson, CEO of Riada Eficode, a few questions about how he sees our cooperation and us as a supplier.
Why did you choose Salesgroup as your partner?
There were several aspects that determined the choice of supplier in our growth journey. It was, and is important for us to have a partner who is not just a supplier, but someone who listens and understands. As we had limited internal resources, we needed help in several parts of the recruitment process. Both to identify and attract potential candidates but also to build a structure for the entire Talent Acquisition process. That's where the team at Salesgroup really stepped up.
What was most important to you in the collaboration?
Their responsiveness and ability to understand our needs and with their long experience and deep knowledge deliver both support in our processes but also to deliver exactly with the candidates we needed.
How do you see the collaboration with Salesgroup?
Long term and honest, they are a partner that I use to varying degrees all the time. At the moment they support us in quality control around some recruitments.
