We started our business in the spring of 2011 with the ambition of becoming a natural and long-term recruitment partner for IT/Tech companies. In many ways we are still a young company, but after more than 10 years in the business, and with our specific focus areas, we dare to say that we are more knowledgeable, sharper and have more experience than most when it comes to IT/Tech and sales or management skills.
Our clients and candidates are all unique and they all have different circumstances even if they are in the same industry. That is why we work in a consultative manner, with thoughtfulness and high integrity. We help our clients grow whether it's building a brand new sales organisation or whether the challenge is finding a new CEO or specialist salesperson.
An understanding of the industry and relevant skills are absolutely crucial. All of us at Salesgroup have worked in sales, recruitment and/or management positions. We have sold products, consultancy ideas and concepts. Our collective experience ranges from field sales roles to sales managers and sales CEOs in both small and large organizations. We also bring with us our own experience of working in the IT sector and, in particular, we have extensive experience of working in outreach recruitment. In addition to our experience, we are dedicated, knowledgeable and professional.
