Komplett Group is a newer collaboration while the client has found with us from previous workplaces. One of our absolute strengths is long-term partnerships with our clients. However, an important aspect is new clients who both challenge us and give us new perspectives. We therefore work hard to have a good balance between new and old clients.
In October 2020, we received a call from Tony Eriksson, a former candidate and client who had been given the exciting task of leading Komplett Group's corporate initiative in Sweden. Komplett Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 10 billion and 700 employees in the group. Komplettforetag.se sells computer components, PCs, consumer electronics and other related accessories to end customers and retailers. In addition, it is the largest PC manufacturer in the Nordic region, producing over 35,000 customised Komplett PCs each year.
The challenge was to set up a B2B organisation in Sweden during Q1 2021 and have it in place during Q2 2021. Salesgroup was entrusted to recruit this organisation, let's hear their thoughts.
