Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive at Scrive you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics. Your primary focus will be on new business sales. Duties include building and developing your sales pipeline to ensure continuous over-achievement, through a combination of cold calling, social media, email campaigns and market sector intelligence. You will position Scrive’s services through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, legal guidance and more. Responsibilities also include daily updating of the CRM-system, Salesforce, with accurate customer and pipeline data and accurately forecast deals and revenue delivery.
As an Account Executive you will partner with the clients and show them that you understand their business as well as they do. Maybe better. You will also challenge the way Scrive thinks and works on a daily basis, and call bullshit when you see it.
Experience:
To succeed in the role of Account Executive it is important to have minimum 2 years of experience in solution selling B2B, most likely within IT/Cloud. You have strong technical interest and an understanding for IT-solutions and how they can benefit organisations. You take responsibility for your work with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.
As a person you are proactive and result oriented. You have a strong customer focus and wrangle business opportunities through the entire sales cycle by engaging with senior executives within Business, Legal and IT across Europe. You are analytical about business and you excel in understanding your customer stakeholders, their needs, financials and pain points. In addition, it is of great importance that you are able to approach Enterprise level accounts and hold a conversation with people on a C-level.
Bachelor degree in Business, Law, IT or equivalent is a plus, as well as experience from selling Enterprise software solutions. Must be fluent in English, both in speech and writing. Basic knowledge in Swedish is required.
