Frends is growing rapidly and as a result we are now looking for a Sales Director for the Swedish market!
Frends eiPaaS is a modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customer’s in both private and public sectors in various industries.
In this role you will have full responsibility for the sales in Sweden, the role involves staff responsibility.
As Frends new Swedish Sales Director you will have a vital role in our continued growth journey. You are expected to be proficient in creating sales strategies, closing deals and identifying new business opportunities as well as coaching and guiding our Swedish sales organization.
Qualifications
• Previous management experience (Sales, B2B, IT, SaaS)
• 5+ years experience building and running enterprise sales team
• Relevant background within the software industry (IT-systems, Enterprise or infrastructure management, Integration)
• Subscription based software experience is mandatory
• History of meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a
leader
• Academic degree is meritorious
• Fluent in Swedish & English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
