Sales Executive – Consafe Logistics

The Consafe Logistics Group consists of 400 employees and support our global clients from our subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Poland and the UK. HQ is located in Lund, Sweden.  

We are now looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen our team. In order to establish and develop new successful business in the Nordic region, we are looking for a Sales Executive with the ability to create new long-term business relationships.

The role 

The position will focus on proactive solution sales towards new clients where you are responsible for driving the complete sales process from initial contacts, need analysis to presentation and closing business. The company’s customers are mainly large and medium-sized companies with international operations. You will be interacting with both senior management, IT/logistics and warehouse managers which requires good communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships. 

To assist you in the exploration work, you have the marketing department that creates the foundation for sales efforts in different types of lead generation and marketing activities. The work is project-oriented and as a Sales Executive, you are accountable for the sales project. You will be responsible for the coordination of all internal functions and the expertise that needs to be involved in the sales activities. 

In this role you will be reporting to the Swedish Sales and Marketing Director and be part of a team with other Sales Executives, Solution Designers, Marketing and Business Support. You will primarily be evaluated on volume/frequency of incoming new customers. 

Job Profile 

To be successful in this position, we think that you have at least five years of well-documented experience in complex B2B sales as well as excellent skills in establishing customer relations and creating long-term business. You thrive when you focus on specifically establishing new client relations also having the endurance and persistence to manage long sale cycles. Experience from logistics and /or business IT systems is meritorious. We believe that you have a university degree or similar. 

As a Sales Executive, you have the ultimate responsibility towards customers, which places high demands on a well-structured approach and good prioritization but also of accuracy and ability to analyse, quickly identify and translate customer needs into constructive business solutions. 

In order to reach the set goals, you are business-oriented, trustworthy and responsive to the needs of the customers and also enduring, energetic and effective. 

You speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as communication and documentation takes place in both languages. Regular travelling, app 2 days/week, which you plan in a flexible manner.
