About the Role
Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across their HQ and local offices, delivering top-tier support and maintaining operational continuity. In this role, within the Group IT support team you will play a crucial part in managing three key areas:
1. VIP Support for HQ Offices: You will be the initial point of contact for technical issues and onboarding of new users at the headquarters. This includes setting up hardware and software, ensuring smooth integration into the office environment, and providing immediate technical assistance as required.
2. 2nd line support for local Country IT Teams: You will handle incoming support tickets from various local country IT teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely and effective solutions in
accordance with our SLA standards.
3. Drive and coordinate projects and larger initiatives within the organization from the IT-depratment standpoint, all the way form gathering informaition and requeriments, create and present these in business cases and implement the approved changes from that process.
Responsibilities
• Address and resolve tickets received from local country IT teams, coordinating with second-line support when required
• Troubleshoot desktop and system issues and diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/problems.
• Provide exceptional first-line support to HQ office users, focusing on hardware and software issues with desktop systems.
• Manage the technical onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and access in place to perform their roles effectively.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and other office software.
• Support the IT infrastructure by adhering to and managing SLA thresholds.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks within Active Directory, including user account management
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to facilitate effective support.
• Assist with the offboarding process to ensure secure and complete removal of access for departing employees.
Candidate requirements
• 2-4 years experience with technical support, user administration and infrastructure operations.
• Strong prioritization skills and expectation management abilitiy
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing in English.
• Strong customer service approach.
• Self starter with a strong internal drive to solve problems and see tasks to the finish.
• Self awareness and professional confidence
• Good coordination skills and infromation manangement ability
• Collaborates well with others, likes to be part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
Technical skills
• Solid experience from the Microsoft eco-system for example Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office applications including Sharepoint and Teams user support.
• Experienced in using the Entra suite and working on a daily basis with Entra, AD and Azure AD tasks.
• Confident navigating and performing basic tasks in tools like Microsoft 365, Exchange Online & Intune admin center
• Understanding of Sharepoint and Teams administration
• Desktop and enterprise application support
• Networking fundamentals knowledge
• Experience in working in an ITSM system i.e., ServiceNow, Fresh service, or similar.
• Device Management- Microsoft OS 10, Android OS, and printers.
• You have to hold an individual valid residence or work permit under Swedish or EU regulations
