Sales Executive - European markets at Strivr

About the Company:

Strivr is tech startup founded by Fabian Lindegren and Carl Fredrik Svensson. Their previous experience within the financial industry, where they had to ensure that many recurring tasks were performed correctly and on time has led them to create a software that was lacking in today’s current market. It turned out that many companies were interested in what Strivr was doing. Strivr is a user-friendly SaaS solution that is created to minimize the time companies spend keeping track of, following up and planning recurring tasks and processes. Strivr’s mission is to make life easier for people who work in and lead businesses. Strivr has gained a great reputation by the company’s 30+ customers in banking and finance, who all use Strivr daily in order to gain full control of their work.

As part of Strivr’s expansion, we are now helping them to recruit a Sales Executive who will be responsible for one or more of the following market: France, Germany, UK, Benelux. 

About the Role: 

In your work as a Sales Executive, you will run the sales from start to finish. You will be processing one or several new markets and selling Strivr’s SaaS solution to customers in the financial industry. Your role will also include being involved in developing sales strategies, packaging and pricing deals for customers. You will work closely with the Sales Executive responsible for the Nordic market, the two founders of Strivr, a CSM as well as two developers in Vilnius. At Strivr you are offered an exciting role which you will have the opportunity to shape yourself as well as a great responsibility for the new markets that will be processed. 

We are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a great ambition and who is ready to develop Strivr’s sales even further. You are not hesitant to create new contacts. In order to succeed within this role, you should have at least a few years of previous experience of SaaS/system sales and be used to independently run sales processes. You are used to and confident in having dialogues with decision-makers on C-level. We also believe that you are fluent in either French, German or Dutch and in English (both speech and in writing). Experience from the banking and finance industry is a great merit but not a requirement. We also view experiences in start-ups / entrepreneurial environments as very positive. 

You are structured and will be able to handle several parallel business processes, as well as understand the importance of using system support such as CRM. You have great strategic thinking and a good understanding of the business culture within the new markets your sales will cover. You are triggered by goals and challenges and are very good at creating and maintaining long-term relationships. In addition, you have an overall positive and fearless attitude as well as a great work-ethic and a good sense of taking responsibility.
