A ROLE THAT SUPPORTS US IN BECOMING THE ONE PLATFORM CHOICE 

Our Sales Executives are responsible for our sales process and pipeline management from the second Discovery meeting to closing within a specified territory. Our sales meetings will mainly take place online but also in person and onsite around Europe and the world if the account is strategic and ARR justifies it. In addition, our Sales Executives also...

  • act as a trustworthy expert that help our prospects map their challenges to our offering
  • work closely with our Sales Development Specialists and marketing team to support the upper funnel and help them with the realization of their targets
  • manage data for your prospects in our CRM (HubSpot) ensuring communications are logged, contact and deal information is up to date and necessary documentation is attached
  • build brand awareness and act as our external ambassador for the company at conferences
  • are proactive, helpful and an appreciated member of the Revenue team 

THE DREAM CANDIDATE

  • has high professional ambitions and a “can-do” attitude
  • is a motivated self-starter able to influence decision makers on a continuous basis 
  • has excellent social skills and a natural instinct for conversing with executives 
  • has excellent verbal and written skills in English (Nordic or German languages a plus!)
  • builds trust quickly with impressive listening and analytical skills
  • Has +3 yrs background in complex B2B sales and an academic background

WHAT WE WILL LOOK FOR

  • previous experience in a complex B2B sales related position
  • your results in delivering in a competitive, merit-based environment
  • your attitude and willingness to become something great within SaaS sales

  • An attractive fixed salary package: + sales bonus on a quarterly basis
  • A clear career path and possibility to advance: into Senior Sales Executive or Sales Team Lead within 12-18 months, depending on continuity of results delivered vs. targets.

  • Onsite / Remote flexibility: We will primarily work as a team from our centrally located office in Stockholm but are interested in remote applications. Your performance matters and we think that the right remote candidate will be able to deliver results even though not at the office.
