Senko Advanced Components is now expanding and are therefore looking for a Business Development Manager in Sweden. 

Job description: 

As a Business Development Manager at Senko you will manage and have an oversight of new product development and “value added” services to fulfill customer needs in primarily Sweden and in general provide added sales growth and product opportunities to the Senko product line.

You will strategically contact and develop, designated customerswithin the telecom sector in order to develop relationships and collaborations. 

The role includes tasks and responsible such as oversee proposals and negotiation of contracts, travel to meet and grow customer base, coordination and cooperation with other territory team members to jointly develop accounts within client sets which span across geographical boundaries and attend trade shows, conduct market research and remain well-informed of new technology.

You will be based in Stockholm and report to the General Manager.  

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in direct sales to OEM’s, who has developed territories and handled new businesses. 

 You have previous experience and knowledge about connectors, cable assemblies, or similar electro-mechanical devices. You also have experience of fiber optics. Most important of all is that you have a good market knowledge and a relevant network.

Your sales approach is consultative, professional and relationship oriented.  

You are fluent in Swedish and English, in speech as well as writing and proficient experience with MS Office. You are also willing to travel, mainly in Scandinavia and Europe. 

Personal qualities that are valued is that you are communicative, customer focused and that you have a positive and a solution-oriented approach. You are able to cooperate with others but can work independently as well.
