The role and key areas of responsibility: 

The sales team works closely with other stakeholders across Basefarm to identify, qualify and create business opportunities within the local market. They focus on high-quality offerings, value perception and maintaining healthy business relationships by means of trust and integrity.

As an Account Director in Basefarm, you will manage a set number of existing customers in your portfolio with responsibility for up- and cross-selling during the contract period. In addition, you will manage contract negotiations and public tenders for your accounts when they are due for renewal.

Your main deliverables will be to, in close cooperation with the pre-sale advisors and service delivery teams identify business opportunities in existing contracts and see them through to close. In addition, oversee high level technical designs, produce commercial offers and then hand-over to Implementation and Service Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Who are you?:
We believe that the ideal candidate will have several years of previous experience from a similar role in a managed services environment. You will have experience in Key Account Management and documented results from cross- and up-selling as well as successful contract re-negotiation through forming trust and building strong relationships.

You have a strong business acumen, with a proven track record of achieving results through structured account planning and pipeline management for the business opportunities in your account portfolio.

On a personal level you have an interest in new technology, always striving to learn. You are an expert communicator forming strong links both with your customer contacts as well as internal stakeholders to build trust and forming relationships.

Your communication in both English and Swedish is excellent so that accompanied with presentation skills you can communicate and present at a high level to engage your customers. 

Most importantly, you should be passionate about what you do and be motivated by forming long term relationships to be trusted with new business opportunities from our customers!
